Pole Jnr Consultant was founded on the desire to uplift people through efficient skills development and workplace training programs. Therefore, Skill development, Training and Social Upliftment initiatives have been at the forefront of our objectives for the past years.
Pole Jnr Consultants believes in providing every learner the opportunity to a better life. We have been a beacon of hope and light for many previous disadvantage citizens, supporting our dream to create a unique learning environment, serving the needs of the business and local community whilst providing educational opportunities to anyone who aspires to positively change their lives.
We are training and development service providing an unmatched educational experience, aimed at optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness within the organizations. Youth Development has been the Core drive force of Pole Jnr Consultants. In that sense it is and has been our mandate to improve and empower the youth, woman and man in all aspects of skill development. Our vision for Learner development and Skill training, including Workplace Experiential Programs, Training for Artisans and Improvement of current Scares Skills statistics, which are low.
