Business Strategy
Our strategy primarily involves approaching business with the intent of being their ice supplies at a reasonable rate and to make good relation with our clients.
New and old Pubs, Restaurants and Retail Stores are looking for ice supplies to meet their demand for ice. During the peak times in summer the requirements goes up rapidly and the demand is not met.
Most of my competitors don’t do deliveries after working hours, which I do at any time of the day. We able to adjust to our customer’s business needs.
