A: We support your journey as much as possible. If you don't reach your minimum required amount (90% for cohort one), the money is returned to the backers. This ensures you don't get stuck trying to complete a big project with only half the money.

Q: Is this a loan? Do I have to pay the money back?

A: No, this is not a loan! You do not pay the money back in cash. You demonstrate your growth to your backers. That is the reward they're looking for.

Q: How do I get the money?

A: Once your campaign ends successfully, our team verifies your details. The funds (minus the 5% platform fee and bank fees) are transferred directly to your bank account within 7-14 days.

Q: What is the "Ubuntu Update"?

A: It’s how we build trust! After you spend the money, you must post a photo or video on KasiKonnect showing the new equipment or improvement. It proves to your investors that you are trustworthy.
