The Founders believes in helping the community, through the BGB Things is committed to empower youth and women by providing them with jobs, training and business opportunities through a preferential share scheme developed to empower youth and women in recycling. Partners willing to share in this venture will jointly with BGB give training on entrepreneurships and processing and sorting of recyclable materials more. The benefit will be the empowerment of people who may not have otherwise had these opportunities.
