The proposed of ZIMELE FARMER AND CATERING SERVICES broiler project aims to produce 500 broilers per cycle that will be graded according to weight (2kg – 4,2kg) and according to customers preferences; packaged, labelled, priced and sold to the potential buyers in (SOWETO) GAUTENG. These broilers will either sold whole or cutlets and will supply to 2 supermarkets, 3 hostels, 3 restaurants, individual bulk buyers and the supermarkets.
