Refiloe is a seasoned language specialist with over a decade of experience in translation, editing, and linguistic policy development. She holds an Honors Degree in Sociolinguistics from the University of South Africa (2012) and a Bachelor's Degree in Language Practice from the Central University of Technology, Free State (2009).

Refiloe has a proven track record in managing communication strategies and coordinating departmental reports, enhancing organisational efficiency through meticulous documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Refiloe is skilled in advanced translation and editing, language policy development, comprehensive report coordination, and documentation management. She is fluent in English, South Sotho, and Xhosa, and is committed to fostering effective communication and understanding across diverse linguistic contexts.

Ponkie Thekiso

Ponkie is a CFO of Tsa Dinaledi. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Tax Procedural Law and a Higher Diploma in Taxation from the International Institute for Tax & Finance, in association with Thomas Jefferson School of Law, as well as a National Diploma in Internal Audit from Vaal University of Technology.

Ponkie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Business Accountants (CIBA) and has over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. He has extensive experience working with various organizations, including serving as an independent accounting contractor and a tax assessor at SARS, where he specialised in tax compliance, financial reporting, and risk management for businesses.
