Team Structure: Director Oversees all operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care and education. Assistant Director Supports the director in daily operations and staff management, with a strong focus on program development and family engagement. Lead Teachers Plan and implement educational activities, assess children’s progress, and foster a positive, nurturing learning environment. Assistant Teachers Provide classroom support, assist with management, and give individualized attention to children to enhance their learning experience. Special Needs Coordinator Collaborates with families and educators to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring children with special needs receive tailored support. Administrative Staff Manage enrollment, billing, and communication with families, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
