TACSA’s reason for existence is to contribute to the establishment of an integrated automotive cluster for black automotive township businesses capability and capacity of achieving continuous growth and sustainable job creation. Our marginalised black automotive entrepreneurs face hurdles of entry into value chains of white male dominated retail and service industry due to:
- Lack of access to finance
- Lack of access to appropriate equipment and technology
- Lack of technical skills
- No access to markets
