The BACKGROUND

SIYAHLOBA MANJE: is a proudly black owned full service event company is based in Soweto, it was established in 2008, in response to the unemployment challenge facing approximately 45% of the South African Economy.

The company was founded by two dynamic women Ms N Hlatswayo and Miss L Ndaba, whose management style is innovative.

As a company we believe that a part of responsible business is to support and work with the community, to that end we work with numerous other local non-profitable organizations.

In 2007 we got together and organized a unique event company whereby we decided to listen to our clients, seeing their vision and then bringing all of the elements together that make up a most memorable event.

Our BEE status: Siyahloba Manje events management is an exempted micro- enterprise and therefore considered a level three contributor, we are striving to achieve the requirements for qualifying small enterprise, as we believe will soon fall in that category. Our BEE recognition level is rated at 100% of the members at Siyahloba, ate in the hands of previously disadvantage individuals, aspects like management control employment equity and skills development are also well developed on target.
