Nondumiso Sibiya – Treasure and Financial Manager: Nondumiso Sibiya, a dedicated director at Bontle Ke Tlhago since July 2024, brings experience from Boomba.mobi, where she significantly increased revenue. She is committed to uplifting waste pickers and enhancing business operations through data-driven improvements.
Mxolisi Mulauzi – Public relations officer and marketing director: Mxolisi has a Marketing Diploma from Boston Business College and an IT qualification from Wynberg Business College. His artistic mind and passion for the environment are key qualities that have enabled him to play a key role in driving the co-operative from inception.
Elisa Skosana – Elisa has 13 years of experience working in a waste buy-back centre. Her knowledge of the industry is key to setting standards and ensuring efficient operations. She is dedicated to her work and always performs to the best of her ability. She plays a vital role in educating others about the types of waste materials and sorting them accordingly.
