Staff uniform & Project management

STAFF UNIFORM All our staff members wear uniform. The uniform worn by identified employees ensures that the workers are identifiable and presentable. This assists in preventing people who would want to enter the building under false pretences. SITE MONITORING (PROJECT LEADER) The Project Leader visits the sites as per schedule or at the earliest convenient to determine general progress and to communicate face to face with project team members. The purpose of these visits, in addition, is to resolve any difficulties being encountered during the process. The project Leader takes immediate required action when any standard services practice is encountered or reports immediately to the Lead Manager. Any anomalies are included in the Lead Manager’s quarterly report to the Lead Managers. PROJECT MANAGEMENT The organisation has an established committee that consists of the Managing Director, Financial Manager, Business Development Manager, and project-allocated managers. The main task of this committee is to see to it that projects are managed and monitored continuously and that the delivery is according to the client's requirements at all times. All our projects are delivered based on the Service Level Agreement between the client and our organisation.
