It started as a small home venture and has grown into a popular brand known for its flavorful products. The Chilli Jar is 100% female black owned by the founder Lindiwe Dlamini with a 60% and co-owner Thenjiwe Sithole with a 40% stake. Company structured as a (pty) ltd.
