Mtodlamsi is a dynamic development-focused organization based in Protea Glen, Soweto. Established in 2025, our mission is to promote personal growth, independence, and self-sufficiency through mentorship, career guidance, entrepreneurship training, and job-seeking support.
Ownership Mtodlamsi is 100% black female-owned and operated, founded by Nokuthula Tshabalala, a passionate advocate for empowerment, educational, and sustainable development in South Africa.
Founder Bio:
Nokuthula Tshabalala is a visionary leader and the founder of Mtodlamsi. Born and raised in Soweto, she has always been committed to uplifting her community. With a background in social development and community organizing, Nokuthula has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education, skills development, and mentorship. Her deep understanding of the challenges faced by under-resourced communities inspired her to create Mtodlamsi — a platform for transformation, opportunity, and self-reliance. Her leadership continues to inspire growth and resilience in those she serves.
