About us:Mcotshana Holdings is a youth-owned construction company established in 2022. Founded by Siphokuhle Mcotshana, a qualified construction professional with hands-on experience from Calgro M3 and years of subcontracting. Mcotshana Holdings was born from a need: the lack of reliable suppliers and skilled builders for small contractors. That gap became our mission — to become the dependable, empowering force that uplifts the industry from the ground up. Now, as we expand into eco-brick and paint production, we’re not just building — we’re leading change.
Our first major breakthrough came with the Nokhanya Services Housing Project by the City of Cape Town, where we were trusted to paint the showroom units. Despite being new in the market, we impressed stakeholders with our flawless finishes, eco-friendly low-VOC paints, and on-time delivery. What made us stand out was our clean execution, attention to detail, and our commitment to community — by involving local youth in the project, we not only delivered quality but created skills transfer and pride. This project proved our ability to perform under pressure and deliver results that build confidence in our brand and the future
