How do we ensure that every economic development agency has a qualified pipeline as well as a pipeline of applicants supported to qualify?
One can gather the narrative from the perspective of the kasipreneur or from the perspective of the economic development agency. One will find commonality in the outcome. Economic development to drive transformation is not reaching the numbers it should.
The fact that any portion of funds demarcated for ED are returned to treasury seems to be a travesty.
