Charles Sithole, known professionally as Gratitude, is an award-winning, multi-talented music producer, songwriter, and versatile artist. Born and raised in Khutsong, Carletonville, Gratitude has spent over a decade establishing himself as a driving force in the West Rand’s creative landscape, blending standard-setting production skills with a rich background in the performing arts.

Early Beginnings and Artistic Evolution

Gratitude’s passion for entertainment was ignited during his primary school days at Hlangabeza Primary, where he first joined the school choir. His artistic curiosity grew throughout his secondary school years, leading him to expand his talents into acting, contemporary dance, and fine pencil artwork. This diverse foundation in the arts laid the groundwork for his transition into music production in 2009—a turning point that launched his professional career in the music industry.

Production and Stage Credits

As a highly sought-after producer and co-producer, Gratitude has lent his signature sound to a diverse roster of notable talent, including Musiholiq, Teepee dot com, Loli Native, Gargash, Kasi Kat, and Mbulelo Q.

His dynamic energy translates seamlessly from the studio to the stage. As a live performer, Gratitude has shared major platforms with some of South Africa's most iconic music legends and contemporary stars, including Ringo Madlingozi, Ntando, Busiswa, Stilo Magolide, Silo Makekancuba, and Drenco.
