We are passionate about growing the game of golf, particularly improving development standards and the playing standards of participants locally. Helping golfers of all levels enhance their skills and achieve their goals through our programs is one of our core passions.

As part of my role at Creative Anchor Enterprise and the Previously Disadvantaged Golfers Association of Southern Africa, I personally conduct and/or Thuto Mpho is a provider of private golf lessons sessions (Click Here)... However, this is part of my support in volunteering services and in financing pitying organizational operations development. My position as Operations Director reflects a commitment to fostering innovation, strategic vision.

Key Scope of Responsibilities (Summary):

1.Project Oversight

-Deliver successful school golf training, leagues, and fundraising events.

-Monitor and evaluate initiatives to achieve goals.

2.Strategic Leadership

-Develop golf programs supporting long-term school and community growth.

-Align initiatives with broader operational objectives.

3.Stakeholder Engagement

-Strengthen relationships with schools, sponsors, and community partners.

-Build corporate partnerships for program expansion

4.Market Insights & Innovation

-Identify trends in school sports and innovate golf training methods.

-Align programs with industry needs and stakeholder goals.

5.Organizational Innovation

-Create sustainable golf training and league structures.

-Develop initiatives benefiting schools, communities, and young golfers.

6.Funding & Expansion

-Organize fundraising golf events to secure financial support.

-Certainly we help guide corporate Drives align with Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) to collaborate with CBO’s (Stakeholders).

NB: Additionally, private golf lessons help sustain volunteer efforts and organizational operations, reinforcing strategic growth and stakeholder impact.

-Drive impactful Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives and support the expansion of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: NQF Level 5 (3-year Diploma) in PGA-Club Professional Golfing expertise, incorporating Business Development Practices; Prior to that NQF Level 4 (Diploma) in Community Development Practices.

• Experience: Over 26 years of volunteering demonstrated success in consulting and developing Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), managing PR campaigns, and identifying or securing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) stakeholders and sponsorship opportunities. Specialising in driving growth within medium-sized CBOs, NGOs, and emerging SMME sectors.
