We are passionate about growing the game of golf, particularly improving development standards and the playing standards of participants locally. Helping golfers of all levels enhance their skills and achieve their goals through our programs is one of our core passions.

Led by Mpho-Thuto, a qualified PGA Club Professional Golf Coach, my personal philosophy is simple: my duties must fulfill the following responsibilities:

Private Golf Lessons and Leadership Organizational Development Insights

As part of my role at Creative Anchor Enterprise and the Previously Disadvantaged Golfers Association of Southern Africa, I conduct and/or provide private golf lessons to support my volunteering services and organizational operations efforts. My position as Operations Director reflects a commitment to fostering innovation, strategic vision, and collaboration to drive the success of both organizations towards stakeholders benefits.

Key Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight

- Oversee the successful delivery of projects for both organizations, ensuring all activities benefit stakeholders and meet program objectives.

- Manage evaluation and reporting processes for all ongoing and new initiatives, ensuring timely milestones and goals are achieved.

2. Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement transformative business growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

- Design programs that align with operational objectives and meet the expectations of beneficiaries.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

- Strengthen operational relationships with stakeholders and enhance their value propositions.

- Foster strong corporate relationships with members and all involved stakeholders.

4. Market Insights & Innovation

- Identify and facilitate viable operations in collaboration with partners.

- Align operations with market trends and ensure all role-players actively contribute to the organisation’s goals.

5. Organisational Innovation

- Establish forward-thinking objectives and create actionable opportunities that adhere to corporate operational standards.

- Design initiatives that directly benefit stakeholders and promote sustainable growth.

6. Funding & Expansion

- Secure funding for projects and manage critical relationships with stakeholders.

- Drive impactful Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives and support the expansion of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: NQF Level 5 (3-year Diploma) in PGA-Club Professional Golfing expertise, incorporating Business Development Practices; Prior to that NQF Level 4 (Diploma) in Community Development Practices.

• Experience: Over 26 years of volunteering demonstrated success in consulting and developing Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), managing PR campaigns, and identifying or securing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) stakeholders and sponsorship opportunities. Specialising in driving growth within medium-sized CBOs, NGOs, and emerging SMME sectors.
