Che-Nza business Services pty Ltd is a 100% black owned business established in 2012 by managing and founding member Lerato Chepape. We intend to make a significant contribution to the economy largely the Gauteng business sector. As a business we intend to focus on the Recycling, Reduction and the re-using of waste materials, logistics, cleaning, supplying, catering and cleaning services.

A group of young people in Dobsonville kicked off their June 16 Soweto Youth Development Uprising, completing community outreach tasks around the area dedicated to enhancing their environment. The campaign led by Lerato Chepape, founder of Che-Nza, which deals with waste management and recycling, marked the launch of its support that will be in place for young people in Dobsonville and surrounding area.

We want to create a strong and diverse network in the various industries in which we operate. The Brand is prestigious and associated with Quality and superior services. We want to adopt a business strategy that aims to acquire and secure business through the process of contracting and or tendering, and with few expectations, which do not present a convenient marketing strategy. The company will approach a form of service excellence and strengthening which will provide credibility and goodwill contracting processes.

The company's commitment to community development will be evident through the strong skills development programs for employees, whilst the broader social responsibility program focuses on the recycling and reuse of waste materials in the economic environment, contributing to the community social development. We intend to establish an entity in the related business fraternity, creating a strong and diverse network, due to the services provided In all projects undertaken and direct our resources and commitment in building environmental and ecological industrial management services, which will focus solely on environmental and recycle waste activities which include:

• effectively involve the company in the second economy - focus on Employment creation and organisational development so that Che-Nza Business Services becomes a key supplier to the government and private sector through satisfactory service in general.

• To empower Women through creating senior positions, and ultimately opportunities in the business to be inclusive of the Youth.

• To align the company with trajectory of growth and development that will serve as strategic choices and for new development paths.

• To reach the aims of the accelerated and shared growth initiatives(ASGIA) Through:

- Improving levels of productivity and ability to generate more "low-skilled" employment,
